Zachary Blevins, a Dallas native, is the Founder and Designer of DÉION, a luxury ready-to-wear brand offering menswear, womenswear, and accessories.

A graduate of Wade College with a concentration in Bridal Design, Zachary graduated Valedictorian and received Best in Portfolio honors. He served as a Fashion Group International (Dallas) Student Ambassador, now a Junior Executive, and led his school’s fashion club as both President and Vice President.

In 2023, he opened the DÉION Design Studio and Showroom in Dallas’s Bishop Arts District. The following year, DÉION presented collections at New York, Los Angeles, and Texas Fashion Weeks, earning the Texas Fashion Industry Initiative’s Fashion Show of the Year Award for its debut NYFW collection. In 2025, Zachary received the Fashion Group International of Dallas Rising Star Award in the Fashion & Accessories category.
